Exchange & Refund Policy

Criteria for exchange/refund

Requests of exchange & refund policy can only be made if you have received the wrong item or defective item.
Exchanges & Refunds could only be done if item is still brand new in packaging, unworn, unwashed & unaltered.
Returns are provided for all items except for swimwear & intimates.
Do take note that item has to be mailed back to us within 10 days from the day your parcel was shipped out.

If any of the mentioned criteria is not met, requests to exchange/refund would be duly declined.
We would reimburse postage incurred for defected/incorrect item sent to you.

Do mail it back to us with a clear full video of the parcel being dropped into the mailbox attached in the email.

A defective item is only defined as defective when there are stains, holes, missing buttons or spoilt zippers. Measurements stated online may vary between 2-3cm due to mass production. Colours of items may vary due to different resolution settings. Therefore, these conditions will not be deemed as a defect.
