1.Product Information

1.1 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you will see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
Measurements
1.2 All sizes & measurements are approximate and we do make every effort to ensure that they are as accurate as possible. Do allow 2-3 difference in measurements due to mass production.
1.3 Thriftwill is not responsible for slight deviations in measurements for sprees as measurements are provided by suppliers, not by us.
2. Shipping
Lost of Normal Postage/A.M delivery mail
2.1 We are not responsible & accountable for lost items sent via normal postage/A.M delivery mail once it is in transit with Singpost.
3. Refunds, returns & exchanges
Refunds
3.1 Refunds would only be done if spree item has gone out-of-stock.
Returns & Exchanges
3.2 Returns & Exchanges would only be done due to wrong/defective item received. Size exchanges are Not accepted as we do Not carry instocks, therefore, we would be unable to carry out size exchanges.
3.3 Items has to be mailed back within 10 days from the date parcel has been delivered. To facilitate the fact that parcel has indeed been sent out, we would require a clear full video of the parcel being dropped into the mailbox. Should the item does not reach us, a refund would not be given.
4. Self collection & meetups
Checking of items upon delivery
4.1 Would be done daily within 10 am - 10 pm at your preferred timing at Aljunied MRT station (4 stops away from City Hall). Customers are advised to check your items upon delivery as no exchanges/refunds would be done thereafter.
After sales matter
4.2 Do take note that the Mobile number used to contact you would only be solely for collection of items and not for after-sales matter. After sales matter that are sent to the mobile number would not be entertained. All after sales matter would strictly be liased via Email.
5. Non-refundable & Non-Exchangable Policy
All sale items are final and are non refundable and non-exchangable.
