Our Procedures
Upon arrival of the items, after quality check has been done, items would be dispatched within 1 working day at Paya Lebar Singpost/ Changi Airport Singpost.
Polymailers are used to pack all items and this ensures that items would not be affected by environment conditions (i.e rain).
Picture of your items & the parcel that is being addressed to would be provided to you as evidence of parcel being mailed out. Return address is printed on the back of all parcels.
Registered Article Number & Smartpac number would be emailed to you should you opt for these mode of shipment.
You would be informed of, should your parcel bounced back to us due to incorrect address given by you and would have to bear the additional postage fees incurred.
